I submit a consultation on the following question, naming ehird as
the unbeliever:

      Does SafeCorp (the version that ehird created and joined
      on or about Thu, 20 Nov 2008 21:46:42 +0000) obligate any
      player to perform any unambiguous Game Action?

Argument:  Most players don't know the passphrase, so it's certainly
ambiguous to them.
