Just so everything is clear:

I cause VFS to announce it's intent to become a member of Brick Red and Baby
Blue corporation.

I cause VFS to post the following motion in Brick Red and Baby Blue
corporation:
{{Change the issue price to m1,000,000.

Amend the Articles of Incorporation by adding:
"Charles may modify this contract in any way, at any time."}}

I cause VFS to vote for the above motions.

After two full rdays, I cause VFS to resolve the above motions.
