[s-b] Important: Moved Wiki

Since nomic.net is about to go offline for a day, I thought now would 
be a good time to move the wiki.

The official Wiki of B Nomic (now fully-functional) is now at 
www.bnomic.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi

Everything about it should behave identically to other wiki, except 
some of you may need to recreate your user accounts. And the 
RecentChanges will be slightly confused about the recent past.

If you find anything that fails, is missing, or is just generally 
disagreeable, let me know and I'll fix it right away.

BTW, the two big advantages to moving the wiki are A) it puts 
everything under the heading 'www.bnomic.org', which is cool, and B) it 
means I can make scripts in the wiki that talk directly to the database 
currently holding all rules, cards, and old props and CFIs.

If you make any changes to the old wiki from now on, you'll have to do 
the same to the new one.
