That's right. So did Charm, Wins, Style, and Respect, among other
things. After we cleared all the points, Wonko got 9 points for the
last Prop.

The Roster is now up-to-date. This is a statement about the gamestate
under r129 (Statute of Limitations).

I've also updated the Meta-Ministry report. I will prop in the Minister
of the Roster later. Right now there are three unoccupied Ministries.

Under r625.B, at the beginning of the nweek, a General Election is
called for them. As Meta-Minister, I now announce that the Nomination
phase begins.

I nominate the following Players for all three Free Ministries:

Aquarion
Araltaln
bd
Gizmit
Glotmorf
Iain
Rob
Sagitta
Scoff!
SkArcher
Teucer
theta

[[that's everyone Off Leave but Wonko and me]]

Any of the above Players who Accepts the nomination becomes a Candidate,
and Voting among the Candidates begins at the Voting period.

Zarpint the Incomplete
Deputy for Roster duties
Meta-Minister
