I admit that my first reaction of not wanting to backtrack to fix the Spanish 
fleet placement was overly harsh, and I apologize for that.  But I certainly 
don't feel Mike wrote anything out of line, and I don't think anyone should be 
off the hook of following the rules of the game.  Maybe part of the 
conversation was taking place off of the internet; otherwise I just don't 
understand what happened.
