    You're right, JJ.  I, for one, certainly never intended or anticipated
that people would be able to send their movement orders only in map form.
For all the reasons that you mentioned, when people are moving their forces,
orders must be sent in written form.  Of course, when it comes to setting up
forces, there is nothing for the rest of us to observe or double-check.  So
setting up can be done in map form.  But again, you are right that movement
orders must be done in written form.
