Yes. The first line of the Prop removes that paragraph from rule 1-5. The original idea was just to move it to its own Rule (as if there were a Language section it seemed more appropriate there than in the definition of Game Document), but as I worked through it I made some substantial edits.

Though I can understand why you’d want to incentivize brevity. :)
