I’m sure I didn’t as well. :)

I know my decisions are being somewhat arbitrary at this stage, but again I’m just trying to keep things together enough to get a real game going. It is not my desire to be the ultimate authority here, it’s just that the initial ruleset I used was long enough without adding a judiciary in there, so having a single Administrator keeps things simple until we prop a better ministry and judiciary system.
