Rule 15/1 - Forfeit
A Player may forfeit, or deregister ("deregister is synonymous to
"forfeit"), at any time by declaring publicly eir intention to do so. No
restrictions may be placed on when a Player may forfeit.
When a Player forfeits (or deregisters) that player shall be removed
from the roster and shall cease to be a player.
