[s-d] Griddler's Proto-Report

NB there is no grid to comment on, but this is what my report will say
when there is. Also we're going to want a CFJ on whether the Watch
reads 10 (the ndelay when the emergency ends) or not, since it matters
- the clock is off for three days if it's zero.

Grid squares, by substance:

Fire: all of them

The grid, mapped:

Key: f - fire
All squares are represented by their substance followed by their
depth. (0 seems like the obvious default here.)

The Yeti is at (X,Y) - These will be determined randomly as soon as
the RP passes.
The Shield is at (X,Y) - again, to be determined randomly
The Sledge-O-Matic is at (X,Y) - yes, random again

There are no Balls of Wax (until next nweek at least, and I'm going to
propose we get rid of them - I forgot to delete them from the rules
when I deleted Sirens during my vast simplification of the Antient
grid rules)

The Season is Winter, and the Temperature is 5.

Note: in researching the above proto-report I've caught
myself-as-author in three stupid mistakes which I intend to fix by
proposal during this nweek.
1. Balls of Wax are there to protect you against sirens, which are mythical.
2. There's a Garbage Can at each Elbonian Airways, but there don't
seem to be any Elbonian Airways. (I think I deleted them to avoid
cluttering the list with random rolls for where you land.)
3. I should've specified a default depth for grid squares.
