Between the two or three RPs that I posted, there is almost no difference,
just the pastebin where the ruleset is hosted and a couple of minor edits to
the rules such as adding "blank" to some of the rules that I've left blank.
Also, I believe this ranked pairs voting is due to the fact that if there is
a tie there will be a second ballot between the tying RPs.
