Good set of proposals. I have one question regarding Bots. Is it intended that there be no explicit mechanism for creation of Bots/Motherboards? ie that presumably they only be created via Proposals/Tune-Ups/etc? I think that might be the preferable option at least for now, given that it would prevent e.g. me just willy-nilly writing up a motherboard that changes the gamestate by making me win.
