Indeed, but the first part you quote there doesn't say: game actions can
happen in all sorts of ways aside from posting to a public forum.

It says: game actions can happen by being caused by a rule.

So we have two ways of performing game actions.

1) Post, to a public forum, that you are performing a game actions that is
permitted by the rules.

2) automatically, according to a rule that causes the game action to occur.

Neither one of those was satisfied with respect to breathing.

The point is not that breathing needn't happen to the public forum to be a
valid game action, but rather that it's not a valid game action unless it's
EITHER to the public forum OR caused by a rule.

There are no rules forcing you to breathe. You never posted anything that
said you breathed.

Therefore, as far as B is concerned, you did not breathe. Game Actions are
anything that change the state of the game, breathing would have changed the
state of the game according to comex's contract, and game actions can only
be taken if specified by a rule or to a public forum. So, the game couldn't
change in a way that allowed comex to deregister you because you breathed in
your own personal life, away from a computer terminal.
