Ah, yes. Thank you. I guess I'm a little behind on the times.
So, what happens if a Proposal with positive strength doesn't have enough
stamina? The section Tallying the Votes was confusing to me. Do the bullet
points happen in order? If so, stamina doesn't mean much. Unless of course
Discarded Proposals can't become Won.
