Yeah, that should prolly be grammar-fixed.  *thinks*  "exists, but not
independently of the game".  Or "exists, but whose existence depends on
the game".  Anyway, can be tweaked post-emergency (and similar for
Forces), I'm not inclined to revise the whole RP just for that.
