Good point. I'm not sure how I feel about that. On the one hand, that kind of thing is annoying when it is abused. By that I mean that everytime someone posts something like that, it's up to the Minister in charge of that PD to figure out just how much that means. I wouldn't be against making Players do this themselves. Essentially spreading the work around. BUT BUT BUT Ministers are often the only ones with a good idea of what current gamestate is, exactly. If PDs aren't up to date, it could be onerous to have Players figure this stuff out for themselves, especially if several players end up working out the same thing independently. At that point, we're NOT spreading the work around, we're multiplying it. Hmmm.... Maybe this needs exceptions for specific cases?
