So, a few mistakes with this: You can't resolve your motion until after 2
midnights have passed since you submitted it. You can't cast three votes, as
the Contract is clear each Player can cast a maximum of one vote per motion.
Oh, and you can't do something at 03:03 if the time is 16:45 already. Nice
try at takeover, but no cigar.
