Good point BP, but I think you also miscalculated. Our budget is the sum of
all GAINS, minus the money paid to those returning socks. This means m50 to
Wooble is not counted, but m100 from 0x44 for a Black Sock is. That makes
the budget m300 no? You are owed m75, not m62.

We have got to rework that Budget. Right now, I just don't have the time.
Oh, and remember, if you don't resolve a motion, and it isn't automatically
resolved, it fails. So no worries about tallying votes. If you want I can
vote yours down anyway, just to be safe.
