Rule 4E68 probably makes this change impossible.  It requires the
existence of a "Black Corporation"; any other corporation cannot
create or destroy Black socks.

I probably shouldn't have mentioned this and created a new Black
Corporation, which would've had the exclusive power to issue new Black
socks.
