And, by the way, the MoM is also required to maintain a Public Display
of the Clock, which apparently isn't being maintained by a bot
anymore.  Of course, this "requirement" is pretty much useless since a
Minister only needs to update a display within a Jiffy of it changing,
so the display of the Clock can be wildly inaccurate without breaking
the rules.
