Not true. Once Charles takes the MoC, this obligation will come into effect.
Charles, remember that under the new(ish) supporting/objecting rules, your
declared intention to take the ministry did not take effect upon receiving
the requisite support. Once you receive the requisite support (and fail to
receive objections within the time limit if this applies here) you have 2
ndays or rdays or something in which to now actually grab the MoC. You asked
for permission, you got it, and now you need to do it.
