Let's not accept it, then. I don't care. I was just wondering if we could prevent it. I suppose the obvious way is to use that "idiotic" ISICIDTID stuff to fix it, but with that as precedent, the game becomes totally pointless. So I move to wholly ignore those retroactive rectroactivity-disallowing repeal things.
