I will not enter into details about the Nuclear Option at this moment in
time**. (Indeed, I can't...) I simply wish to ensure that every last one of
you receives due notice before I have recourse to it.

Should Proposal 0441 Pass, my retaliation will be swift and none will be
spared.

Think about this very carefully. I do not wish to use the Nuclear Option,
though I will if made to do so. I am warning you simply because I think that
using the Nuclear Option without prior notice would be tremendously unfair
to certain participants.
