The Registrar has indeed chosen something he believes is correct (that you
are the dead one) and the Public Display reflects this. The Registrar,
however, admits the possibility of this being wrong, based on the
consultations ALREADY in the justice system, and feels it is only right to
keep track of what the state of the game is if those consultations turn out
to confirm interpretations which are not his own, and to let players know
what this alternate state of the game is...
