According to the Time page, Wooble transfered ".1m" to people with ".5m" mod 1.  I think that's an inappropriate use of the mackerel abbreviation.

Yeah, I forgot that it isn't the mod operator. Remainders with
non-integer arithmetic. I'll stay out of this one.
