Are there different penalties for Attempted Manned Mars Mission and
Manned Mars Mission? How about Premeditated Manned Mars Mission as
opposed to a Manned Mars Mission launched in the heat of the moment?
What if you were trying to go someplace else, but ended up on Mars?
Would that be Involuntary Manned Mars Mission?
