[s-d] Question for the Referee

When the Evolve action is performed, is the status of each cell (and, in
consequence, the possible colour change it undergoes) evaluated
simultaneously, from the state of the board immediately before the Evolve
actions was performed?

OR

Is the status of each cell evaluated only after the status of the previous
cell (in order by Priority list) has changed?

*I'm not sure I understand this stuff ;-)

To give an example on the current Field, if it Evolved right this minute:

If my first suggestion holds, then Sweet, Sour, and Bitter Trout would not
change, after which Spicy Trout would change from GRN to NUL. Salty Trout
would not change.

If my second suggestion holds, then Sweet, Sour, and Bitter Trout would not
change, after which Spicy Trout would change from GRN to NUL. Salty Trout
would then change from BLU to NUL.
