Maybe, to make the phenotypes more equal (once a bunch of people have mutated), it should be more like this:
Choleric: CC, CA, AC, CG
Sanguine: GG, GT, TG, GC
Phlegmatic: TT, TC, CT, TA
Melancholic: AA, AG, GA, AT

At the end of Rule 4E61, add the following:

There is an attribute "Temperament" with a scope of all Players and an
enumerated Range consisting of Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic, and
Phlegmatic.
Each Player's Temperament is determined by his DNA. Changes to a
Player's DNA instantaneously change his Temperament. The relationship
is as follows:
* A player with at least one C as part of his DNA is Choleric.
* A player with no C and at least one G as part of his DNA is Sanguine.
* A player with no G or C and at least one T as part of his DNA is Phlegmatic.
* A player with AA DNA is Melancholic.
