Properties are Game Objects too. Points are an Attribute, which usually should have a default value according to the rules. This particular attribute does not have a default value. Properties, on the other hand, are more like On/Off type mechanisms, the way I understand them. You can have different values of an attribute (0, 1, 15, 1234) but when it comes to properties, you either have them or you don't (Inactive, Alive, Cursed, the specific title or body of a proposal, etc.).
