These and other terms are intended as a standard framework, which other
rules can later be revised to take advantage of, e.g. 2-8:
An Action Statement without N objections has a default Action
Time of 2 ndays after its Statement Time, and becomes invalid if
at least N players object to the action before its Action Time.
and 2-9:
An Action Statement with N supporters has a default Action Time
of 2 ndays after its Statement Time, and becomes invalid at its
Action Time unless at least N other players support the action
before its Action Time.
