Re: [s-d] [s-b] Creating a new MiniMinistry. |
I am entirely undeserving of this award. My devotion to the fulfillment of the established duties has been, at best, lax. I have not once set foot in the MiniMinistry office, unable (but unmotivated) to find the elusive MiniMinistry of Abuse beside which it is located. Furthermore, my consultation was ZOTTED by none other than myself, an all too poignant indicator of its futility. The terms set forth in the MiniMinistry's creation make no mention of any award, be it a medal, trophy, or certificate, and it is just as well. I, Billy Pilgrim, (disgraced) MiniMinister of Arguments, decline this honour.
