I submit the following proposal:

Add a new rule to Section 1 called "Duty" that reads:

The Handful of Pillars of B refers to the duties incumbent to every player
of B. They are, in increasing order of importance:

1. Promote the good game of B on other nomics, message boards, and chat
rooms.
2. Usurp a ministry.
3. Usurp the player name "Wooble"
4. Succeed in having one's own proposal achieve Won status through sheer
charisma and/or outrageous promises.
5. Get away with violating the Temporal Prime Directive.
6. Introduce a new currency that bears one's own player name (which may be
Wooble).

A Pillar can be fulfilled or unfulfilled. A Pillar that is fulfilled once
stays fulfilled by default, unless instructions to the contrary occur.
Whether or not Pillar 4 has been fulfilled by any given player is entirely
at the Minister of Holy Travail's discretion.

Add a new Victory Condition called "Win By Devotion" that reads:

Trigger: A player has fulfilled all Pillars of B.

Victor: The player who has fulfilled all Pillars of B.

Prize: A glowing silver chalice.

Cleanup: Every Pillar is reset to unfulfilled status, for every player.

Add a new rule to Section 3 called "Pillar Verifier" that reads:

There exists a ministry known as the Ministry of Holy Travails. The Minister
of Holy Travails, also known as the Pilgrim, is responsible for maintaining
an updated list of the Pillars of B and their status as fulfilled or
unfulfilled by individuals players of B.
