Well, as of Friday night UTC, my Posts to Ministries proposal passed and
we don't have an Administrator anymore. Also, the clock become off at that
time. So, just like that, comex doesn't need to worry about being admin
anymore, and all the ministries are vacant.

So, the clock is off, and it is currently Breakday, nday 1, nweek 127,
nyear 13, of the third era of B Nomic. The ndelay is 2.

I'll take a couple ministries and update everything tonight if somebody
doesn't beat me to it. (People are encouraged to beat me to it.)
