Well, that almost assuredly doesn't work, any more than I can post actions
that you are doing something.

The Outsider itself needs to "intend" to perform the action, and then
cause a message to be posted to a Public Forum with the action. (Whether
by delegating to somebody else, or by using their email program to send a
message, or by using a flashlight and open end of a fiberoptic cable.) And
we have a long history in B Nomic of going by what people intend to have
written if it's clear enough, since we don't require any particular strict
format of what makes a proposal, for instance.

One of my main arguments against Primo being a player was that Primo has
no way of "intending" to do an action like a human does. But The Courts
Have Spoken.

Of course, this leaves the system wide open to abuse now, as I can create
100 "corporations" that have a charter of "We do whatever Peter says", and
have them join the game and take it over. That would be Bad, which is why
I'd like my "human players only" prop to pass, and I would also support
something that removed Primo from the game as a player (but would be fine
with being able to have it in the game as a Corporation).
