I just went to <http://b.nomic.net/wiki/index.php/Special:Catswitch>
and tried moving <Proposals/Author/"the Administrator"> to
<Proposals/Author/comex>, and while it says "Done" and says it worked,
it doesn't appear to actually have changed any of the pages.
