Near the beginning of nday 9, 11/27/06 1600 PST, I received a ballot.
By my reckoning, I got my vote in 12 1/2 minutes early.
Nday 12 ended 12/1/06 1600 PST (I think).
But I could be wrong.
BTW, I missed the headline stating that 
Mountain Standard Time vaporized.
