Right.  That's it.  E's called a "post holer".  Pot holer?  I like
"Postee".  ...Drat.

Seriously (?) I didn't want to go for anything like "minister" so we
could have different titles for different things.  "The king of
points"; "The chief rule arguer"; etc.
