New players usually don't have those


I think e's referring to the second bullet of r9-8, rewarding players for
taking a game action during the nweek. For new players they're likely to
get 40 GC per nweek for just voting, basically. Players like me need to
keep on remembering to buy things, or else our genechips start
disappearing. (I think that if some of my props didn't have an acronym
last nweek, I would have had more genechips now.)

why is it that whenever I submit a proposal I end up feeling stupid ?
