I think I mentioned as such shortly after I joined too... Reply should
reply, and Reply-all/followup should reply to the list.

One option if you want followups to go to the discuss list, one could set
the Mail-Followup-To header, although I'm not sure how many mail clients
besides my normal one use it, and I'm not sure whether it should be set by
the sending person or by the mailing list software.

The real issue I guess is that half the time I want to followup to
-business, and half the time to -discuss. I'm not sure which one I want by
default, but making it be the same list as the one being posted to I think
would cause the least surprises.
