One option if you want followups to go to the discuss list, one could set the Mail-Followup-To header, although I'm not sure how many mail clients besides my normal one use it, and I'm not sure whether it should be set by the sending person or by the mailing list software. The real issue I guess is that half the time I want to followup to -business, and half the time to -discuss.
