Our capitalization in general is a bit sloppy... We don't tend to fail
a proposal just because it doesn't capitalize something, and if
there's a meaning for a word in the game that was obviously intended,
then it'd be pretty tough to argue for a different meaning. I mean,
what else could a reference to "abilities" or "rule" mean in this
game? (Just from looking at r2-2.)

But do feel free to join the game and try to correct these. I may try
to fix them all myself sometime if I get the time, but that probably
won't happen for a while. And new faces are always nice to see around
here.

(And it seems odd to me to obfuscate your email address in the body of
your message, when it's unobfuscated in the From line of your message.)
