Triller has amended p303. Change the effects field of the Talisman Chad to: {{ Sacrifice: For any one Open Motion, select a Player who has Voted. Eir Vote is changed to and will remain ABSTAIN. [[ The selected Player can't change the ABSTAIN by recasting a ballot. ]] A Player may not use Chads more than once during any given Voting Period. }}
Just for clarity, you might want to specify "eir vote *on the chosen Motion* is changed to ABSTAIN".
Insert after the first sentence of paragraph 2: {{ If two identical Unique Talismans would complete Forging simultaneously, the copy which had the entirety of its contributions longer will complete Forging first. }}
What if neither had all its contributions first? For example, I say "I pay 400A to forge two Wands of Extreme Uniqueness"; both get their contributions simultaneously and then finish at the same time.
That case will probably only arise when a single player makes two at once, so it'd probably be easiest to say that both are destroyed, and anyone who tries it is just wasting resources.
Or, we could say that Unique Talismans can never be created. One of each always exists in some sort of Limbo; any player may summon a Unique Talisman from Limbo by paying its cost, and when a Unique Talisman would be destroyed it instead moves to Limbo.
In rule 1-2, under Abilities, add the sentence: {{ If the word "sacrifice" appears in the abilities of an object, this shall mean that the Object is destroyed after the abilities are executed. }}
This should only apply if "sacrifice" is in the costs. We may want to use it in the body, for example "5A: Target player sacrifices a Talisman e holds" shouldn't destroy the object with this ability.
