What it means is that this transaction is the result of you bribing the Voting Gremlin.
This line will appear any time a change in holdings occurs that is not the result of nWeekly resolution.
Items of nWeekly business are (for now), Proposal bonuses and ministerial wages.
These items and prevfious holdings are subtotaled as nWeekly business, and the 10(4-h) bonus/tax is applied.
Any other item involving GCs will appear as below, with an annotation describing the action, and a reference
to an item in [s-b] as the driving document.
