Actually playing the game and figuring out what's going on is a good enough Turing test for my purposes. (The theory is that otherwise, a person could write a program that sends emails to add a thousand players that vote YES on that person's proposals. Such an action would be invalid, since the program couldn't pass a Turing test. But being able to prove that there aren't actually 1000 human beings who all just happened to join at once could be difficult, though.) -- Peter C.
