Any reference to "the ccr" in this proposal is to be interpreted as The Collectable Card Rulebook. [[Because I'm lazy]]

Add to rule 2-1 of the ccr the following after the line with the word "type" in it:
{{
Subtype - This determines if the card is affected by certain effects.

Element - This determines if a card can be used to pay an additional price of another card. [[This is like the colors in MtG]]

Additional Cost - The cost is paid by moving cards of the specied element and rarity from the meta discard pile to the discard pile.

What's the "meta discard pile"?
