Gentoo loves to upgrade lots of stuff at once. For instance, it upgraded 
Apache, mod_python, mod_php, and who knows what else.

And then all kinds of wacky permissions things broke for no good reason.

I think I've worked around it for now, and hopefully it will behave. If 
you see weird glitches with the Wiki or something, lemme know and I'll 
start to panic.
