Sweet! Hey, can we also make it so you can't vote unless your grandfather 
was a player, and make people have to know the rules by heart before they 
can vote (call it a literacy test to make it sound nicer...)?
 Actually, I don't really see the point of this except to keep new players 
from voting, which might be a bit of an unfriendly thing to do.
