So if I had 10 Genechips, I could make one of these. Then, just before 
the end of the nweek, I'd give it to you. At the very beginning of the 
next nweek, I'd make a new one and give it to you. And then you'd be 
unable to vote that nweek. Are you sure you want to hand out that sort 
of power?
