[s-d] Problem or feature?

I do notice one possible problem. And now having downloaded my mail to look 
at it... props can still be amended during voting. Now while this 
neccesarily isn't a bad thing - it isn't a good thing either. (Not that I'm 
saying anyone would change eir prop to something that's the equivalent of "I 
win". Not that it'd matter at this stage if someone did anyway.)

Since we are voting for a particular prop version, would this update have 
any effect? (since updates have happened anyway)
