Man, if only the bonus Rack Size prop had passed.

The thing that really bugs me is that AFAICT, the reason it didn't was 
because everyone decided it was a rich-get-richer scheme, which 
everyone decided after misinterpreting my comments. I was for the idea, 
yet my own comments doomed it, and now I would profit from it if only 
it had passed.
