Wouldn't that be the first voting period - deciding between new
rule-sets? Although in this case we would only need one ballot, it
seems to have been decided which rules people are interested in.
(Although there is still time for more... assuming there is anyone
else out there)

I guess we'll just have to reprop the current one, re-wording it to
